OYO 4437 Hotel Sai Sakha

The beds were covered in dust, and the washrooms weren't clean. The pantry room was even worse than a public toilet. There were no dustbins, and the curtains had fungus on them. Fans and AC didn't work. There was no food, restaurant, or even drinking water, and no staff around to help. We couldn't find a cab or auto service either. After checkout I felt sick and rested on the sofa, but apparently that was a problem for them too. I understand the pandemic happened, but the place still needed a proper clean. The manager's answer to everything was “lockdown,” and he didn't seem to know how to handle things. It felt like they only cared about money. The stay was a waste of money and wasn't worth it. Please book somewhere else, where you can get much better rooms and service for less. I'm never staying here again. This hotel should shut down.

This was just my experience, and other rooms may be different, but mine was disgusting. There were dead mosquitoes and bugs on the bed, cracks in the walls, and beds that felt hard as a rock. The restrooms weren't sanitized either. I know it's a remote location, so I didn't expect much, but at least it should be clean. The AC, which cost extra, didn't work properly. A bad stay for me, 0/10.

The room was clean, but there were no toiletries. They gave us one soap for bathing and cleaning. When I asked for another, the staff member said the shop was closed and I should adjust. I had booked two days but checked out after one because of the experience. The manager wouldn't accept my card and asked for full payment in cash. He also told me to cancel the booking through Fab and pay directly. I paid everything in cash.

The food was delicious, and that's the only good thing I can say. Staff service was extremely slow and bad, while the rooms were just OK. The pictures on the website are surely deceiving. They were reluctant to bring food to the room, which is a major drawback. A decent hotel should consider guest comfort instead of repeatedly insisting on what they said were hotel policies.
