OYO 46589 Hotel Shivam Paradise

I spent 10 days here and nobody came to clean my room. The rooms were very dirty, and the small bathrooms were dirty all the time. Water kept leaking from the AC, so I had to leave a bucket underneath to keep the room dry. The TV never worked either. The manager and staff behaved very badly, especially the manager. They served dirty water, so you had to buy a bottle from them. Some staff supposedly have police charges, and the place felt completely unsafe. They charge around 800 rs. for a night, but the service deserves only 1 rs. Please choose another hotel, this was literally the worst hotel.

The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, and didn't care about customers. They even refused bookings through various apps because those apps were offering discounts. Worst of all, I saw children as young as 8-10 years working there, and I wonder how nobody had reported it before. The place itself was filthy and disgusting, with spit stains and who knows what else all over the room. The sheets and pullovers stank like a swamp. I wouldn't even tie up my pig there. One of the most horrible places I've seen in my life, practically hell in two words: shivam paradise.

The rooms looked much worse than the pictures on online platforms, and the bathrooms and toilets were in bad condition. The water even stopped running while the bathroom was occupied. Staff wouldn't listen to problems, and the service was terrible. Don't spoil your mood by going there.

The rooms were huge but weren't clean or maintained. We booked through oyo and found the rooms on the 1st floor, where oyo rooms are allotted, in a pathetic state. The hotelier then offered rooms on the 2nd floor, which were the ones shown in oyo's pictures, but charged double.
