The rooms were fresh and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with information. Mr Akshay was especially gentle and polite. It's right in front of the railway station and I'd recommend it for families. Restaurant service could be quicker, though, to avoid delays.

The buffet breakfast wasn't available, and table service took far too long. I waited 30 minutes for a dosa. I spent two days in one of their premium rooms, where the walls were damp and there were bed bugs everywhere. It was the worst experience, and I can't recommend it.

I waited more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, and other people seemed to be stuck waiting too. The service was awful and there was no respect for customers. If you're short on time or need to catch a train, avoid this hotel. A totally disappointing experience.

The hotel staff gave very poor service. Don't eat here unless you're prepared to wait three or four hours.

The bar opposite the junction charged an extra 300 rupees for 500 ml of liquor. Tamil people, don't go to this bar. It's really bad.
