There was a nearby cafe shop with good food. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable too. Nice experience, and I'd recommend it.

It's close to the Airport and budget friendly at 1800. The bed was okay, nothing luxurious, maybe a cheaper one. But under the white pillow cover, the pillow itself was completely yellow and really dirty. For 100 or 200 they could replace the pillows. People could get sick using them. The hotel wants money but doesn't care about guests' hygiene.

I booked an AC room on Agoda for ₹899, got the confirmation, and spent ₹150 on an auto from Chennai Airport to the hotel. Once I arrived, the receptionist and another local guy there refused to honor the booking. On hearing the price, he arrogantly told me the ₹899 room wasn't available and that only a ₹1800 room was. I showed my Agoda confirmation, but he repeated that it wasn't available and demanded ₹1800. Why list a room on Agoda if it doesn't exist, then let people travel all that way? When I questioned what felt like fraudulent behavior, he argued, spoke rudely, and showed no manners or professionalism. This hotel clearly shows low prices online and then pressures people to pay more on arrival. Fraudulent, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

The man at the counter was super rude. Agoda showed 800, but he said the room cost rs1500. I handed him the money, and then he asked if I was Indian. When I said no, he said it was Indians only and I couldn't have a room. Like plenty of others, I travelled from the airport hoping for the best and ignoring the reviews. It isn't worth it.
