The ambience is good and the property is a 10-minute walk from the beach, but it wasn't maintained properly and lacked cleanliness. The pool was dirty, and the bungalow and lawn shown in the pictures aren't rooms. There were no toiletries. Frequent power fluctuations affected the window AC, which made noise all night and disturbed our sleep. There was no lunch or dinner available during our stay, and breakfast was too costly. It may be better to look for a nearby homestay for meals. Otherwise, the stay was okay.

The center garden and walk to the beach were the best parts. It had a warm, homely feel, with warm home made bf. We had a great stay on New Year's night. The staff and owners were there to manage everything, and it was nicely done. Rooms were spacious and clean. A must-stay if you're planning a trip to Shrivardhan.

We were excited for this visit after booking months ahead, since the property is in a great area, but the experience was very disappointing. The cottage room we were first shown was extremely dirty, had lizards, and had furniture that looked damaged by white ants and termites. The bed didn't seem properly maintained either. We raised the issue and were offered another room, but it was worse. The washroom was unclean, there had been no proper dusting, and hygiene overall was very poor. Staff came across as rude and unhelpful. Even the staircase and other common areas were dirty. The owner needs to focus seriously on cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior.

I regret not checking Google reviews from people who had already rated this horrible place one star. The rooms were badly neglected, bathroom fittings were rusty and barely worked, and there were spider webs in the corners. I doubt they clean between guests. We stayed only because there was no other option after seeing the room, and we didn't dare eat any food prepared there. The photos may show rooms from soon after renovation, but now they're in a horrible state. If you don't want your trip ruined, think it over several times. Even if all of Shriwardhan were full and they offered a free stay, I'd sleep on the street instead. I don't know why anyone gives this property more than one star. Maybe they stayed in cottages rather than the building. I'm not sure what condition the cottages are in.
