OYO 45372 N. N Residency

I visited in October, 2019, and the hotel is about 500 meters straight from ASTC, Sibsagar. The staff were supportive, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but delicious. They also had tea makers, handy for an evening cup of tea. The room was spacious enough for two people on one booking. Everything was super clean, including the beds, sofa, floor, bathroom, and toilet, which was hygienic too. Thanks for reading, and happy staying 😃😃 !!

The rooms were nice, but we had trouble getting water. Sometimes there was no water or no clean water, and we had to wait an hour for it to come back. Breakfast wasn’t available before 9am, and around 7am the staff were still asleep and wouldn’t open the main gate. It felt like a dead place. We arrived at midnight, and the food wasn’t okay either. The manchurian we ordered once was expired. The restaurant had roaches and insects and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family vacation.

The food was tasty, though I wish the portions were bigger. The place has a stronger vegetarian selection, which I liked. Staff contact was limited, but they were politely pleasant when we did speak. From the roadside the exterior looks a bit shabby, but it looks better once you get inside. The rooms were neat and clean, with good new furniture. The shower and hand shower fittings in the washroom worked well, and the wall tiles looked appealing, though the floor tiles could have matched their quality better. The AC worked throughout our stay. The linen could have been cleaner and better. I hope to visit again if the standard stays the same.

The restaurant food was nice and healthy, and the service was quick and helpful. Staff were extremely well behaved and professional. The rooms were comfortable, with hot water and complimentary soap and shampoo. They also provide an electric kettle, tea bags, and coffee packets, so you can make your own tea or coffee.
