Budget-friendly, with a good room and all the services.

I stayed for three nights while waiting to get a hostel room at my college. There's no lift, and rooms start on the second floor. The staff weren't often at the desk, but when around they were friendly and well behaved. Goldighi Mall is close by, and the hotel is well connected to town. The rooms were okay, and the washrooms were clean and roomier than in many hotels at this price. There's no restaurant, but they give you a menu from a nearby place for food delivery, and there are good restaurants around. Given the location and cost, there's a huge amount of room for improvement.

We were turned away because one of my two sisters wasn't blood related to me and had a different surname. I'm a boy, and the other sister is my blood relative. Both sisters had exams the next day, so we were in a tough spot in a new city. Even after we showed their admit cards, the hotel wouldn't let us check in. They have their own rules and won't consider your circumstances if you don't fit them. We had come from far away, and they were ready to kick us out in the middle of the night. We weren't told about these rules beforehand; if you don't meet them, they may cancel your booking and refuse check-in. Neither the receptionist nor the owner would listen, and they had no manners when speaking to us. I would never recommend this hotel. Book at your own risk.

The rooms are spacious, but they're dirty and everything looks like it's been used for decades. The staff try to be friendly, though they seem more incompetent than anything. I don't think that's their fault. The owner seems too cheap to hire experienced people.
