The staff were good to us, but I wasn’t happy with the stay. The room felt cramped, the bathroom was too small, and there was even a frog in it. Room service wasn’t good either, and restaurant noise reached the room at midnight. Other than the staff, things were unsatisfactory.

I had a very bad experience here. The owner charged an extra Rs 500 per person for our two-day stay, and I found the charge unjustified. The owners seem very greedy with customers. I’d stay away.

There’s a club at the property, and the loud music carried on until 2 a.m. If you’re looking for a place to rest, don’t make the mistake I did. The property and rooms also looked nothing like the photos. Horrible experience.

The food was amazing, and the staff and service were good. Sagar helped us with everything.

The food was good, and the service was okay. The rooms were okay too, but the switchboards weren’t really working. I booked because this was listed as a Treebo property, but it has been handed over to a property called Penthouse. Reception staff didn’t know who was staying there, and the location wasn’t really suitable.
