This was my second visit to Super Hotel O Kanchanjunga Stadium (formerly Bindhan's Inn), and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The location is convenient, service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. I’d recommend it and hope to come back.

Finding the hotel was a frustrating ordeal. There was no sign with its name, and people nearby didn't know it as O Bidhan Market or Florence. Even following Google Maps, I lost around half an hour and felt harassed; neighboring shops and hotels couldn't point me to it either. Oyo hadn't shared the hotel's phone number and didn't make an effort to call. Getting an actual person on the phone at Oyo was nearly impossible. When I finally arrived, the staff weren't even apologetic about the missing sign. The room by reception was filthy and smelled bad. There were no guests or visitors, and the place felt isolated and unsafe. The room photos are heavily filtered and misleading.
