The room was small and poorly lit, the water supply in the washroom was weak, and they didn’t provide soap or lotion. Staff weren’t wearing masks. The owner was very rude, unethical, and unprofessional. Though he said he’d worked in the hotel industry for 17 years, his behavior and service were unpleasant. He asked us to book directly with him for the next day at 1200 rs instead of using OYO, which was charging 775, and insisted we pay him rather than OYO. When we requested an extra bed for another guest at night, he tried to overcharge us with silly excuses and reasoning. He came across as greedy and dishonest. A very pathetic stay at hotel gallops. Please don’t book this low-class hotel.

My advance booking, made 10 days earlier, was cancelled just before check-in without any notice. The staff were very rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Google should change its rating system so people can give hotels like this zero stars.

They wouldn’t give us a towel, using corona as the reason, and couldn’t even adjust for a check-in just half an hour early. Lol.
