We paid for a 2 bhk room for one day, but it wasn’t available when we arrived. We asked them to rearrange things or refund us, but neither happened. The receptionist had no information and was very unhelpful, and OYO seemed not to care when we reported the issue. After an hour of discussion, when we were about to complain to the police, they gave us a small room for five people. We had to take it because of the emergency, and got no refund. They were doing fraudulent work here.

The bathroom had a broken toilet seat and a bee nest, and the geyser didn’t work. There was no Wi-Fi, the TV was out of order, and the door had no handles. The kitchen had no utensils, not even a spoon, and they didn’t bring hot water when I asked. One of the worst experiences.

We stood on the road with our family for more than an hour and still couldn’t find the hotel. There are no signboards, no reception, and no street lights in that area, and nobody knows English. OYO customer service put us on hold without responding. The worst experience ever. Don’t book this place if you want a safe family vacation.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PROPERTY AND ITS OWNER. They’re here to cheat. I had a confirmed booking through AGODA.COM for 29th dec 2021, but when we arrived to check in, the room wasn’t available. Neither the caretaker nor the owner responded. We got there in the late evening, during peak season on New year eve, and the building wasn’t as shown in the pictures. I had to look for somewhere else to stay. Neither AGODA.COM nor OYOROOMS refunded my money. Be careful if you book this shabby place in VARCA.
