The personal attention and warm welcome made Hotel Marvilla feel like a home away from home. It has a peaceful atmosphere and a convenient location for travelers, and I'd happily return. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, while the restaurant service exceeded my expectations and the food was delicious. I'd recommend Hotel Marvilla for business, leisure, or family trips to Srinagar.

The staff's kindness really made the stay feel like home. They were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. My room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely visit again.

The food was good, and he would do things when asked, but room service was very poor and there seemed to be very few staff. Since many guests were coming from Kerala, it would have been better if they had prepared Kerala food for at least one day.

The hotel had good infrastructure and a better cook and restaurant, but poor service spoiled the stay. Basic hospitality wasn't being followed. The AC never worked, even though it was 28°C outside, and we had no other option at this so-called 3 star hotel. I don't recommend it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service made for a pleasant, comfortable stay. We enjoyed it.
