We were a group of 23 and stayed for four nights. The building and rooms were very clean, and the food, our main concern during the Kashmir trip, was excellent. We really liked the hotel overall. A few staff members repeatedly asked for tips, which made us a bit uncomfortable. It seems to be common everywhere these days, not just at this hotel.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the location added to our trip. We spent five wonderful days at Hotel Regal Palace, Srinagar, and it felt like a home away from home. The stay was very comfortable, the staff polite and helpful, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Srinagar.

The rooms had the comforts we needed, including hot water from a boiler, heating, and air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi and Airtel connection both worked very well. I also found the hotel very clean, with food that was tasty and had good choices for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Security felt impressive, too. Getting around from here was convenient for sightseeing or business. The staff were courteous and capable throughout, and Abdul Rauf (Receptionist) was especially welcoming and helpful. The restaurant team also took good care of us. I had a wonderful stay and would choose this hotel again when I return to Srinagar.

The trip left us with some great memories, and traveling with Bayyinah Tour and Travels was one of our best decisions. Everything was planned beautifully and felt comfortable from start to finish. The team was responsive and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Bilal sir,Mehjoora Ma’am for her caring approach and exceptional help. Truly a 5-star experience!

I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Srinagar. I was completely satisfied with the service, and every staff member seemed friendly and capable. The hotel was clean, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and Airtel coverage worked seamlessly. I especially liked the food options for vegetarians. Security also gave me confidence about leaving valuables, including money, behind.
