Really awful experience, with no service. The bedsheets were dirty, there was no dustbin, and they didn't provide a water bottle. Don't come here.

During our Kashmir tour, this was the best place we stayed. Thanks for the hospitality. All the staff were cooperative and very polite. At dinner they asked us about the food, and the whole experience was wonderful.

We spent four days here with family in the first half of December 2024. With temperatures so extreme, it was a problem that the hotel had no basic room heating, either a heater or an AC with a heater function. They only provide electric blankets, which they seem to think are enough for this weather. The food options weren't proper either. A big no for this hotel. I definitely wouldn't stay here with family.

The staff were the best part, well trained, helpful, and cooperative, and they gave 100% to meet our needs. The place is nice to stay at and affordable. We recommend visiting for the great service.
