The staff are good, and the hotel is easy on the budget. Don't overthink it, just go.

I had a comfortable stay, and the service was good. The room was clean and the AC worked fine. One issue was the bathroom: it had opaque glass instead of proper walls. They should fix that.

I liked how calm the area felt, with Kosad Lake Garden just across the road for a walk or jog. Public transport is available, and the hotel is handy for Amroli-Kosad and nearby industrial areas. It's a little away from the busy city center. Utran railway station is 2km away and Kosad railway station is 1km away, so connections are good. Hotel Santeria Inn is in Kosad, Surat, and felt like a good fit for both shorter visits and longer stays. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, modern, and tidy, with Wi-Fi, LED TV, fresh linens, and private attached bathrooms. The hotel is affordable without feeling like it cuts corners on the basics. I stayed solo, but it seems suitable for couples and families too. They accept local ID and unmarried couples, and the atmosphere felt secure, peaceful, and free of judgment. Staff were polite and professional, check-in went smoothly, and they were around when I needed something. The place pays attention to hygiene and guest comfort. There’s a lift, a 24x7 reception, clean corridors, and a decent amount of parking for a budget hotel. For Surat, especially the North zone near Kosad, it’s a comfortable, clean and affordable option. I’d recommend it to solo guests, couples, families, or business travelers.

We were charged more than the amount we'd discussed, and the sheets weren't clean. The rooms looked dull and dingy in person, nothing like the photos. Some pictures seemed fake and others heavily edited. The bathrooms also lacked the glass partition shown in the images and weren't nearly as sparkling.
