The only good thing is the location. It’s in Althan, a good area of Surat and close to our conference venue. Otherwise, stay away. The rooms were horribly stuffy, and the AC took ages to cool them and didn’t work properly. The toilet-cum-bathroom smelled strongly of ammonia, which I could only mask with the bath soap after showering. The side table wobbled, and there was no cupboard for my suitcase or clothes. The staff were incompetent, and the desk manager wasn’t there when I checked out in the morning. I was running late getting to the Rlwy. Station because of him. Only someone badly mistaken or desperate for a room in Surat would book here.

The staff weren’t helpful, and the desk manager was missing at checkout, which delayed me. The room was suffocating, the AC didn’t work properly, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. Furniture was unstable and there was no cupboard. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were good, but the owner was arrogant. The room had bad negative vibes, and the pillowcase was torn. When I told the owner, he said there might be rats. That’s not what I expected after paying 1600rs for a night and traveling 10kms from the railway station. Not recommended.

I really liked how calm and private the stay was. The staff were professional and supportive without interfering, and they maintained my privacy throughout. Clean rooms and a hygienic washroom too. Truly good value for 💰 money.

The rooms were pathetic and the washroom wasn’t proper. The geyser stayed on the whole time, which felt risky. Lights flickered, the AC made noise, and there was no cleanliness.
