After traveling, we checked in tired and then had to deal with dirty linen at night. The room was visibly dusty, and both the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. My mother has a dust allergy, which made this a serious health concern. When we asked for clean linen, staff told us to “sleep now” and said they'd change it in the morning. Clean bedding should be ready before guests arrive. Housekeeping and guest service need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend it, especially to families or anyone with health sensitivities.

The owner and staff were cooperative, and we got clean rooms and nice hospitality at Hotel Royal orbit. If you're looking to stay near ugat Canal Road, I genuinely suggest booking here. Thanks for the good service.

There was a smoking smell throughout the room and corridor, and the rooms were extremely untidy and dirty. Some rooms didn't have proper locks, and the AC wasn't working properly. These were the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. I strongly recommend nobody choose this hotel.
