The bedsheet had a little color on it from our new clothes, and the receptionist said it was completely ruined. During the call, he asked his manager whether to “leave those two alone.” I was furious, but since we’d just married, I didn’t want to spoil the moment. At check-in, my wife had mehndi on her hands, a mangal sutra and sindoor, but the receptionist still demanded wedding photos, then an invitation. They wanted us to send it over WhatsApp, which felt like an invasion of privacy. The staff were deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. The receptionist needs serious training. Worst experience ever.

Our stay at Hotel Dream Inn Surendranagar, Gujarat was really comfortable and memorable. The rooms were very clean, the food was amazing, and room service and restaurant service were excellent. The restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, and experienced at their work. Anil, Dhananjay, Debabrata, and restaurant manager Mohan all did a great job and were clearly dedicated. We had a lovely time. Thank you for everything 😊🙏

Staying at the hotel was a nice, wonderful experience. The restaurant service was good too, and the hotel representatives, Mr.Mohan singh and Mr.Debabrata Mandel, were excellent in both their service and behaviour.
