10/10
A convenient location made it easy to get around and explore, and the check-in and check-out were smooth. This 3-star hotel offers good value, with clean, well-kept rooms, essential amenities and decent food options. The staff were courteous and attentive, responding promptly to requests. It has a cozy atmosphere for families, couples and business travelers. It doesn't have very luxury features, but I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. Highly recommended for a satisfying, budget-friendly visit.

My booking, made 1 month ago, was cancelled without any intimation. The staff speak only Hindi and don't even have a knowledge of English. One of the worst hotels in Havelock Island.

The host is friendly, and the location is near the jetty and in the center of the Island, so you can go anywhere from there. At this price, you get a decent room and bathroom.

The food served to us smelled bad, and the rooms were poor quality, with all tabs rusted. The TV in my room didn't work and there were no proper arrangements. Only one person was managing the rooms. Not advisable to stey.

The food was fine, but it arrived cold. I was very unsatisfied with the staff's service and behaviour, and the rooms were bad, smelly and dirty. Not recommended.
