The team made our stay comfortable and memorable, and we’d gladly return on our next visit. The rooms were well maintained, requests were handled promptly, and everyone we met was warm, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Milsha, Akash, Sinion, Deima, Drema, Rasid, Rit, Shundir, Muhor and Lavi, along with the whole Timilo Team. Hotel Timilo was a great experience, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

The room had a nice feel, good heaters and heating pads, tasty food made with their own ingredients, plus some great tea blends and coffee. But the geysers are small, so hot water can run out if more than one person needs it, and it takes a while to heat again. There’s no landline, just a small Nokia phone that’s easy to misplace. The rooms aren’t soundproof, there are no lifts, and there’s no TV. After sightseeing, all I wanted was to sleep. Instead, sounds came through a thin gap in the ceiling from the next room. I could hear their songs and even quiet whispers. I called reception and got no answer, then went downstairs, but no one was there. For the price they charge, that wasn’t acceptable.

Everything was organized and well looked after, and the place felt peaceful and classic. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was especially good, and the food in general was amazing. I won’t forget the balcony or its mind-blowing view. And yes, go meet Lucy. Thanks, Team Timilo ❤️

The manager Sanjay was incredibly rude, and getting hot water for a bath meant repeatedly begging, even though I’d paid a lot for the room. They charge five-star prices but the service feels one-star. A horrible experience. I can’t recommend this place, especially when you can find much better options for the same price.
