The manager was friendly and helpful, and the convenient location felt safe throughout my two-night stay at Hotel NV. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Prices are a bit high, though the quality and service still made it worth it. Good experience overall.

At NV Tapovan, Rishikesh, the location was ideal, close to major attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite throughout. It was a pleasant stay for the money, and I'd recommend it. 😊

The room was in terrible shape when we checked in: dusty, sticky floors, and a dirty bathroom. Towels were old and stained, and the sheets didn't look freshly washed. Housekeeping never came, even after we asked several times. Service was just as bad. Staff were rude and unresponsive, seemed not to care about guests, and took ages over requests or ignored them altogether. Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this place. Don't waste your money.

The staff were incredibly polite and helped with local recommendations. Hotel NV is in Tapovan, a short walk from Laxman Jhula, local cafes and the Ganga, and it makes a great base in the heart of Rishikesh without the main road noise. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean for the price.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were helpful and courteous. The food was excellent, and the rooms and washrooms were spotless. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
