The Big Bridge

Chef Saravjeet deserves special thanks for the tasty food and lovely presentation. Every dish had plenty of flavor and seemed carefully prepared. He was polite and paid attention to the details, which made the meal feel extra special. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The atmosphere, cleanliness and hospitality were excellent, and I’d recommend both staying and eating here.

The chefs’ behavior made the visit even more disappointing. They weren’t professional or courteous with guests. The food was poor too, with a taste and texture that made it seem frozen and reheated rather than freshly prepared. The management should look closely at both the food quality and how staff treat guests.

I stayed with my family in room 204 and really liked the room’s decoration. The Big Bridge hotel is peaceful and beautiful, with a lovely view. The rooms felt luxurious, neat and clean, and the place was hygienic. Mr. Bhagwan Singh Rana, the operations manager, maintained the rooms very well. He’s professional and kind, looks after everyone carefully, and made sure we had every facility possible in the room.

We were impressed by the food’s quality and variety, especially the authentic South Indian dishes, some of the best we’ve had. Compliments to the chef, and a special thanks to Mr. Krishna for his genuinely warm welcome and prompt service. The spacious setting, cleanliness and ambience were all top-notch. I’d highly recommend the food and service, and we’ll visit again whenever we’re in Rishikesh.
