Vijay Raj Guest House

We were there as a family with two kids and felt comfortable the whole time. The guest house is a small, peaceful spot on the Chamba-Mussorie road, with good food and a convenient location. EcoPark is about five minutes away, Surkanda Devi temple is 7 km away, and Mussorie is 23 km away. Satinder Singh and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Dhanaolti is a quaint little town, so come with an open mind and enjoy the quiet. If you're using public transport, a bus to Chamba passes the guest house around 9 AM on its way to Surkanda Devi temple. The return bus passes the temple at about 1:30 PM and continues to DDN via Mussorie. We'd visit again.

I've stayed here twice. The food is delicious, and the rooms are well maintained and hygienic. It was under 1000, which makes it a great deal in dhanulti. Service was really good on my first visit, though it wasn't as good the second time. I still liked the hotel overall.

Everyone was cooperative, and we got a warm welcome from the staff. The blankets were neat, the rooms clean, and the food was heavenly. You can get lunch, breakfast, and dinner here at very reasonable prices.

I came back for dinner, snacks, and breakfast because the food elsewhere had been so disappointing. The staff were nice and offered service according to what I wanted, and the place itself was decent. Dinner and the other food were wonderful compared with what I'd eaten over the previous two days, and I thanked the restaurant team for it. The paratha breakfast was a bit of a letdown, though. My bill was very basic, and I loved the music, whoever was playing those songs. Still a great place to eat.
