The room cleaning only happened after I returned in the evening. By then the food plates had made the room smell bad, and the beds hadn't been tidied. That was one more disappointment during my stay. The food orders were also repeatedly wrong. I asked for a combo with one idli, one vada, and one masala dosa, but got two idlis and two vadas instead. The same menu mix-up happened on day two. I had to argue to get it changed, and the dosa I received was cold. There was confusion over payment and the bill, too. I was told to pay an advance and settle the rest when checking out, but the receptionist then insisted on full payment for the whole stay. On June 26, another receptionist promised a bill the next morning. When I asked for it on the evening of June 28, I was told it would only be given at checkout, even though I'd already paid for three days. I paid 13004, but the bill I was given was for 12118. The difference wasn't returned, and no one explained it. Where did that money go? They also assigned me a room with two separate beds for a single-person stay. I felt stuck because they'd taken 13k from me, but I won't recommend this place.

Whenever I book through a third-party travel app like MMT, checking in turns into a problem. The receptionist says the booking hasn't come through, or claims it was for twin beds, then asks me to pay extra for the room I booked. I'm told to call customer care because they can't help, and left waiting at reception for at least 30 minutes.

We stayed one night and ordered breakfast, which was really tasty. The room was spacious and excellent. I'd happily recommend this property.
