I couldn't get proper rest because road noise carried into the room, and the bathroom had such a bad smell it almost made me vomit. The room wasn't very clean, and there were no towels. I was there for two days and found the Wi-Fi nearly unusable. I had office work to finish, so I kept having to recharge my own mobile data. They also provided no complimentary basics, not even drinking water, a toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap. Everything had to be bought separately, and a bottle of water cost ₹30. The Wi-Fi, cleanliness, and basic facilities were extremely poor. The whole stay was uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Just before I was due to check in at the booked Spring Hotelg location, Fabhotels told me it wasn't available and moved me to another hotel. Via Shivangi hotel Mira Road wasn't the quality or type of place I'd paid for. Dust covered the walls, the room stank, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet, with pan stains and an unflushed toilet. The window was dirty and stained too. The whole experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

The bathroom is roomy, but filthy, especially the walls. The room itself is a decent size, though it isn't clean, and the curtains were dirty and smelled bad.

I booked breakfast with my stay, but they asked me to pay for it, saying Fab had discontinued the breakfast system. The washroom smelled really bad and hadn't been cleaned properly either.

The room was dirty, with dust everywhere and an unclean floor. The AC and fan weren't working, and there was no television for entertainment. The charges are very high.
