We held our wedding at this hotel, and the banquet hall was beautifully set up. The food was delicious, and our guests enjoyed it. Harsh and Shailendra Singh deserve special thanks for their support and flawless arrangements. The staff were warm and professional, the rooms comfortable and well maintained, and the hospitality throughout was outstanding. Highly recommend it.

The food was cold at every event, and at our family dinner it sat uncovered on tables for hours. Several dishes from the tasting never appeared, while 2-3 others were left on the table without anyone serving them. We had to ask repeatedly for basic help, and staff either ignored us or were rude. The hall and rooms' ACs were turned off several times. The stale, expired sheera smelled awful and was clearly spoiled. When we raised it, staff argued instead of apologizing, and some stared disrespectfully at us women. We paid for 200 plates, but their delays and poor handling left at least 50 plates of food wasted. We got no refund and weren’t given the food either. We booked Majestic Suites for my sister’s wedding, hoping it would go smoothly, but it was a nightmare. The manager was careless and arrogant, and the staff were unprofessional. The general manager, Shailendra, spoke rudely to guests, didn’t care about the service, showed no respect for women, stared at them, and made disgusting faces. For such an important occasion, this ruined the experience. No proper service, professionalism, or courtesy. I’d strongly advise against booking Majestic Suites for a function.

Parking is extremely limited: at most 04 cars can line up one behind another, and the rest have to stay out on the road. The hotel is hard to direct people to because of its very out-of-the-way location. The place isn’t maintained properly, and the food is just fine. At times there is a car roaming in the restaurant, which is absolutely unhygienic.
