Agoda and its system integration were frustrating. We booked two rooms for three adults and two kids, but it took ages to confirm, and the complimentary breakfast was provided for only two people. The stay wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't pay more than INR 500 per room-night. The rooms were very basic and small, with poor cleanliness and leaking bathrooms. Light came into the room so badly that I couldn't sleep past 6.

The exterior looked amazing and the location was great, but the room hadn't been cleaned properly. There were stains on the walls and floors, and the washroom was dirty too. Service wasn't very good either. I ordered a bottle of water, and it took over an hour to reach the room.

Can you even give a negative rating? I'd want to. This place was a hellmouth, please don't go. The wardrobe doors were broken, the AC didn't work, and the lift looked ready to break at any moment. I was scared for my life. Run, trust me. ♿️

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I found the stay extremely relaxing. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking to be close to spots across the city.

There was no water, no hot kettle, no soap, hand wash, shampoo, toothpaste, or brush. Breakfast had only aaloo paratha to choose from. The room had a bad-smelling blanket, and the almirah had no pipe or hanger. On top of that, the door wouldn't close properly, water was leaking, a socket had come out of the wall, and neither the TV nor the room lock worked. This hotel made my trip bad, the worst experience of my life.
