My confirmed Agoda reservation was denied by the owner when I arrived at 9 PM. I was stranded late at night without another option, and he made me cancel before offering the same room for a much higher price. It caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Agoda should seriously reconsider listing this property. I consider this dishonest and a serious breach of travelers' trust and safety. I wouldn't trust this place, and anyone looking for peace of mind should stay away.

I was passing through on a motorcycle trip and had booked a superior room, but the room I got wasn't superior and had no heat. It was only mildly clean, and there was just one person working. I stayed around September 2nd. The food was mediocre, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a motorcycle trip. It just wasn't a good place to stay.

The hotel's a little way out from the city, but the quiet and natural beauty more than make up for it. This Basa property sits amid stunning views, and there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, from treks to picnics. The staff were warm and the owner was helpful, which made the experience even better. I'd gladly recommend this hidden gem of theyog to anyone wanting a rejuvenating nature escape.
