Itsy Hotels Platinum Inn

I booked two rooms, and both had the same problems. The TV cables were broken, so the sets were useless, and the ACs barely worked. There were no basic supplies like soap or towels, and the rooms were dusty and poorly kept. Curtains had come down and were tied up with rope, which looked really unprofessional. It seemed like things were listed as available but weren’t actually usable. What they promised didn’t match what we found. The service was poor, and I had a very bad stay.

The atmosphere was peaceful, and both the room and washroom were clean and well looked after. I had a comfortable stay at Itsy Hotels Platinum Inn. The staff were professional.

The way the staff handled a mistake on our side was completely unacceptable. We did make an error, but their response felt unethical and like garbage treatment. I expect basic respect as a paying customer, and even that was missing, including when dealing with ladies. It was the rudest hotel service I’ve experienced. Pathetic, and I wouldn’t return even in an emergency.

The location was good, but the hotel let us down. The toilets smelled, and the AC was dirty. It didn’t meet Treebo Club’s standards, and I wouldn’t recommend Itsy platinum inn to anyone.
