Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa Kovalam

The boat rides along the backwaters and the lovely beach sunsets made our time at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam especially relaxing. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the property itself is lush and peaceful. At Jasmine Bay, Dheeresh was polite and attentive at breakfast. James at the front desk took time to explain the layout and amenities, then made sure we were comfortable throughout. Sous-Chef Harish Rawat personally checked on guests and handled concerns warmly and professionally. Before we left, he surprised us with a chocolate pastry and a handwritten “Thank You” note. A thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the personal, heartfelt hospitality, and look forward to returning.

Sebastian, Sanal, and the rest of the team made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, polite, and attentive, and the service was smooth and beyond what we expected. Taj Kovalam was a wonderful place to stay. The sea views, greenery, and peaceful atmosphere helped us relax, and our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had gorgeous views of the surroundings.

We came to Taj Cove for a birthday, and the lush greenery and calm atmosphere made it a memorable getaway. There was a room-related issue, so the stay wasn't completely flawless, but the way the team resolved it was impressive. The duty manager on shift, who was also the chef, stepped in quickly, and Akhil, the housekeeping manager, made sure everything was fixed right away and that we were comfortable. At Jasmine Bay, sous-chef Har Singh Rawat checked on guests and addressed concerns personally. The food, especially the local cuisine, was outstanding, and Sujit’s attention and hospitality at the restaurant also stood out. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend the property for a getaway. 🌿✨

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed the food, especially breakfast at Jasmine bay. Mr. Abhishek helped make our time at the restaurant and resort outstanding. Every morning he greeted us, asked about our day, and kept us updated on our orders without fail. The views from the rooms over the backwaters were outstanding, and the private Taj strip extended across the backwaters and ocean. The resort was also not too far from kovalam beach, which felt much cleaner and more family friendly than Goa. The service was impeccable, and we had a great experience.
