Treebo Trend Adrak

We ended up in Room 301, where the bed was broken and very uncomfortable. When we checked, it was just a large plywood board made to look like a cot. It felt unsafe and cheap. We were so frustrated that we didn’t bother calling room service again, as it seemed pointless. Before that, in Room 305, the AC kept leaking water. We reported it, but staff made only a temporary repair, and the leak came back soon after. When I asked to change rooms, they told me to wait and sent a service team to work on the AC instead of prioritizing our comfort. The experience at Treebo Hotel was awful, with poor maintenance and no concern for what guests needed. I strongly do NOT recommend it to anyone😡

The front desk staff, especially the men, were rude and unprofessional, and the restaurant food was overpriced. Our room and bathroom also weren’t as clean as the pictures suggested. The AC was noisy and didn’t cool well. We booked Treebo Itsy Hotels – Adrak after seeing the good Google photos, and ₹2000 per day seemed affordable. But after we checked in, we learned there was no lift, and we’d been given a third-floor room. That hadn’t been mentioned beforehand and was disappointing. We didn’t enjoy the stay. Choose this hotel only if there’s no other option.

There’s no lift, so getting to the room means taking the stairs. The hotel looked appealing from outside, but the room wasn’t as impressive as we’d expected from the Google photos. Early check-in costs extra; it’s allowed from 10 AM onward. When I arrived, though, they let me in anyway, even though that arrangement wasn’t mentioned online.

The staff were thoughtful, courteous, and responsible, and made sure guests could enjoy a hassle-free stay. The property is also conveniently close to the city center and other notable spots.
