Treebo Trip AL Saj Tulip

The stay was poor value, and the service overall was very disappointing. There was no proper waste management and some basic requirements weren't provided. The room didn't look like the advertised photos, and it wasn't clean. The sheets were stained and ruined; when I asked several times over two days to have them changed, staff said the laundry hadn't arrived. The AC couldn't cool the room even at 16°C, and water kept leaking in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work either. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This place feels shady and is badly maintained. There's a foot-wide hole in the bathroom where the exhaust fan should be. The AC leaks, and fungus is growing on the rotting wood frames. To me, it seems suitable only as a place to drink during events at the convention centre.

The room and service were awful. There was no TV, and the AC didn't work, so the only option was a wall fan blowing hot air. The receptionist's attitude was bad too. I'd avoid this hotel.

I've stayed here several times, and each visit the cleanliness and service have got worse. It really isn't worth the money.
