Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the food was delicious with quick service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. It was a great stay, and I'd recommend the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

The location worked really well, right in the main city with restaurants and shops close by, easy access to autos, and very close to Vadakkunnathan Temple. I stayed for a day. The room was comfortable, clean, and maintained well, with an air conditioner that worked and hot water available 24/7. Reception were courteous and helpful. Glad I chose this place.

Shopping and restaurants were easy to reach from Aura Residency Hotel, and the staff were attentive and polite. Mr Paul and Mr. Jayaprakash were particularly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the washroom was clean too. I'd recommend the hotel for a stay in Trichur.

The location, space, and room were all good, and everything else was fine. But I'd give it only 3/5 because something made me itchy all night. I checked the bed and found the sheet underneath the bedsheet was the culprit. Once I removed it, I felt better.

The receptionist said the agreed room wasn't available and pushed us to take another one for double the price. We'd already made the deal, parked the car in the space below the building, collected our belongings, and were standing in front of him late at night with my little ones. It felt like he was playing with my emotions, expecting me to accept the other room because of the situation. You need to pay and get the key as soon as you agree on the room rate, or this may happen. He'd be better off begging or doing something else for his boss.
