The hotel hasn’t fully opened yet. Although it has facilities like a TV, AC, and geyser, work is still underway, and the only things available were a cot and a fan. I guess they’ll fix this and get it fully operational soon.
I paid the full price and arrived late, only to be told that AC, TV, and hot water weren’t available. They had just a room for sleeping, but said the rate couldn’t be changed. When I asked why the listing hadn’t mentioned this, they blamed a server error on the portal. The place also smelled strongly of alcohol.
I booked through make my trip, but when my wife and I reached the address at 4 am, the building was under construction and sealed by local police. There wasn’t a single person there. We had to walk back from the place late at night. A terrible experience, this felt fake and completely fraudulent.
The staff were all very friendly. Awesome stay, with special thanks to Hotel manager Mr. Jishnu K Sulochanan and GM Martin.
The room was spacious, which was the best part. They weren’t ready to accommodate guests yet because equipment installation was still going on.
