I stayed at the polo hotel for one day, and the rooms were very nice. Giyal, your service was excellent too. Thank you! I recommend this good property to anyone coming to visit.

We paid ₹1700 for one night last week, but nobody addressed our concerns, and there was no response to our complaint. The room was dusty and full of mosquitoes, with no hot water. The manager wouldn't arrange another room. Please provide good service or pay back the money.

The rooms had zero neatness and poor quality, and the staff were extremely rude, including the manager. Worst hotel in thrissur. Nobody should book a room just because the Google photos look good.

The rooms are average, okay for a one-night stay. Its good point is the location, very close to the central Bus stand and eateries in Thrissur. vadakkumnathan temple is close by too.

This was the worst experience I've had. The room was untidy, electronics weren't working properly, and the toilet was unhygienic. The bathroom cup had no handle, the health faucet had no stand, and there wasn't even a waste bin in the toilet. The windows were broken and taped shut, and the switch was loose.
