My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Itsy Ammu Regency in Trichur. Mr.Rajeev at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. Room service and the complimentary breakfast were very good too. It's a convenient place to stay, and we'd recommend it to friends and family.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. We'd expected much better hospitality and fairness from a hotel in a pilgrimage town like Guruvayur. We've never had this kind of hotel experience before.

We booked two rooms at an online quoted rate of 3512 per room, while the offline price was under 2.5k. The room was average and looked quite different from the pictures online. Breakfast was included, but when we asked for an egg, they said it would cost extra. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The place is lively and quite busy, close to both the railway and bus stations. Rooms are decent but not very spacious, and room service is available for regular needs. Parking is awkward and seems to work on a first-come, first-served basis.

The in-house restaurant served genuinely delicious food, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help. My room was neat and clean, which made the stay comfortable. Being close to the railway station was especially convenient for travel. It's a well-maintained place with good service and food, and I'd recommend it for an easy stay nearby.
