Facilities are poor for the high price, and they charge heavily even if you check out just an hour late. They also run a bar here, so I wouldn’t consider this a family hotel at all, and I didn’t feel it was safe for women. It’s a low-grade hotel, and I’d advise people not to book.

The sheets were stained, and the rooms weren’t kept clean. Housekeeping was poor, and there were only a couple of staff, who needed basic training. A pathetic experience.

The location is good, but the service and room facilities don’t match the price. The washroom especially was unclean.

We ate dinner at Mayura Inn on the evening of November 7th, 2025. We had chicken biryani, fried rice, noodles, and chicken 65. Afterwards, my 6-year-old daughter and I both got severe food poisoning and spent 3 days in the hospital. We still haven’t fully recovered, and we can provide our hospital documents if the restaurant needs proof. This was horrible and shocking. The food caused us serious health problems, and I strongly advise people, especially families with kids, not to visit. Please don’t play with people’s health.
