The concessions could use improvement, and there weren’t many food options, but the event itself was a huge success. The auditorium was clean and well maintained, with comfortable seating and excellent acoustics. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the sound and lighting equipment worked seamlessly. Parking and the overall atmosphere were good too. I’d recommend it for future events.

Getting around the halls can be a little confusing because of the complex layout, but I didn’t find any other issues. The halls are beautiful and very well managed, and the staff are great. Hyatt’s catering was on another level, from the Marriage Sadya to the buffet. Guests can stay at the attached hotel and walk to the convention center halls. It’s definitely expensive to hold an event here, but for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, I think it’s worth it. The convention center is beautiful and right in the heart of Thrissur, with Hyatt regency as its partner.

There’s lots of parking both in front of and behind the convention centre, and there’s even a helipad on the grounds. For events, the facilities include a large hall for big Indian weddings, several smaller halls for meetings, a central courtyard for serving food or refreshments, and another large hall for trade exhibits or dining.

The buildings and grounds are kept very neat and tidy, with a nice smell throughout. The staff work hard to meet people’s needs and maintain the venue’s goodwill. There are restrooms, wash areas, and a prayer room as well. The parking, roads, convention hall, dining area, and overall layout are all impressive and well designed. The hospitality is very good, and everything is arranged to make a good impression. There’s enough parking for cars and bikes. I haven’t seen any negatives here and loved the place. Kerala can be proud to have an international-standard convention centre like this.
