The support was excellent, starting at the booking stage. Mr Vijay and the others took particular care to make my aged mum, who has differential ability, comfortable. I'm very pleased with how they helped us. Excellent hotel, and I'd highly recommend it. Thanks again, we'll be back.

The location is the one advantage. The rooms, beds, and towels are old, and the staff were rude, with customer service at zero. The rooms aren't soundproof, and because it's near the bus stand, bus horns sound all night. The premium prices aren't worth it.

At 5400 per night, the price seems driven by the location, but the stay really isn't worth that cost. The room was small and not very good, and the bathroom towels weren't clean. The service was the worst. Don't stay here.

There are three halls for social functions, as well as lodging and boarding in the complex. Parking is available. It's near chatram bustand.

The front office service was especially good, and the food was good too. The location is right in the center of Trichy, with good, spacious parking. I was really happy with my stay and would recommend it to family and friends.
