The room was spacious, clean and quiet at night, and the price was very good. From here you're close to the bazar, shops, food and other attractions, with a great view of the temple hill. The owner was in a great mood and really helpful. I'd happily stay here again.

I had a lovely stay. It felt safe as a solo traveller, and the kind, helpful people were always around to look after me and lend a hand.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and for the price, it's worth considering. It's on a busy shopping street beside Rock Fort Ganesha Temple, so food is easy to find, though several bus stops are a bit far away. The hospitality was good. The washrooms feel dated, and there's no Western commode. You get one water bottle and soap, but no towel, comb or other toiletries. There isn't a chair near reception for waiting, and no drinking water beyond that bottle.

I booked through Agoda with the "Pay at Hotel" option, then called reception to ask for a simple change to my check-in time. The staff demanded payment right away to "confirm" the room, against the booking terms. The management's attitude came across as rude and aggressive, and the attempt to force payment felt unethical and completely unacceptable. I have no confidence in their honesty or service, and would warn future guests to be careful about how they handle bookings and payments.
