This is a comfortable stay for the money, with pleasant ambience, good food in the hotel, and plenty of car parking. The property is old but well maintained, and the cleanliness impressed me. Reception staff were excellent, polite, welcoming, and supportive. Getting around is easy because it's near both the junction and central bus stand. Sangeetha Veg Hotel is also close by, which is handy for dining.

I had a relaxing and memorable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the facilities were excellent. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Ms UMA, who leads the staff, was especially welcoming and friendly, and everyone was ready to help. I really appreciated the service and attention guests received. I'd gladly recommend the hotel.

I didn't like the restaurant's food menu, so I ordered what I wanted from outside. The hotel refused to give me a plate unless I placed a minimum order from their own menu. I've travelled often and have never had a single plate treated as such a problem. That felt like disrespectful service and no concern for the customer.

The entrance is very dark and could use better lighting, since the hotel sits in the shadow of a flyover. A neon sign on top would help too. They could use PL.Krishna Inn's entrance as an example. Inside, the rooms are spacious and nice, the AC works well, and room ND is quiet even though the hotel is right by a noisy bus terminus. Breakfast is tasty and offers plenty of variety.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and communicated well, especially caption Abdul during breakfast. We're from Haryana, and it was much more comfortable to communicate when Capt. Abdul spoke to us in Hindi. We recommended the hotel as a place to stay.
