The food was excellent and the service very good. We were there with family for a couple of days, but the room access card didn't work. Each time we needed to go to reception to get a key, which was frustrating, especially on a business trip rather than a leisure stay.
The rooms are on the second and third floors, and they're not very large, but the space is laid out well and the beds are comfortable. Parking is in the basement. Breakfast, included in the room price, is modest and served on the fourth-floor terrace, a nice place to relax in the morning or evening with a direct view of the Rock fort. Rooms on one side have the same view. The central location is excellent, with all kinds of restaurants nearby.
The room was neat and comfortable, and I had a good stay. Room service was good too. The price is a bit high, though. One thing really bothered me: all the spotlights are connected to one switch, so I couldn't work at night while my family was sleeping. They should look into changing that. I'd suggest it if you're after a luxury, classy stay.
The rooms are spacious, and the hospitality was good. We stayed for a day as a family and found it comfortable. It would work for a corporate stay too.
Getting around is easy from here, with the bus stand and railway station both accessible. The room was compact, calm, clean, and had the necessary amenities. It’s budget-friendly, and Mr.Muniyandi gave especially good service. There’s no dining room on site, but they bring food to your room from their other property. The staff and service were great, and the food was wonderful.
