Hi everyone, I lost ₹4000 and am posting this so nobody else does. The hotel site's booking times were 11 AM to 11 PM, but I needed a room starting at night for three days, so that option didn't work for me. I called the number on the hotel's official website instead and was asked to pay an advance. I sent ₹2000, as I've done at other hotels when 24-hour booking isn't available. Before we arrived, they called again and asked for another ₹2000, which I also paid. At reception, they said they didn't know the number, that it wasn't the owner's number, and that it might be a fraud call from Chennai. They also said some Hindi-speaking people had carried out this kind of fraud before. We believed them and stayed at the hotel. But three days later, the same number was still active on Google Maps and the hotel's website. Now I have doubts. I don't know if this was really an outside fraud or if it was connected to hotel staff. If it was fraud, why hasn't management warned customers or had the number removed?

The hotel is close to the bus stand and nellaiappan temple, and it was very clean with helpful staff. We booked four nights, but because the room we booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a spacious suite, which was very good. The towels there were hard and old, though. On the last day we were given another good room, but the bathroom and washbasin water wouldn't drain.

The food was really tasty and highly recommend it. The location is okay, and the service deserves praise. Staff were polite, friendly, and patient with the kids. That's all for now, thanks.

We only stayed at TVK Regency because of an emergency. We'd gone to book rooms and found the conditions very poor. The rooms were in terrible shape and badly overpriced, nowhere near worth the money. The staff communicated and handled guests improperly, and their behavior was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. As a family, we didn't feel safe or comfortable there. I'd strongly recommend avoiding the hotel, even in an emergency.

There were too many mosquitoes, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Waste from each floor was dumped in a corner on that floor, causing mosquitoes and a bad smell.
