The location is very convenient, really close to the main bus stand. The rooms were clean, and especially the bathrooms were hygienic, with hot water available around the clock. Neelima at reception was helpful and cooperative, and made sure we were comfortable. The support staff were helpful as well. We were very happy with Hotel Golden Pearl Inn. Wishing them all the best!

The 24-hour check-in and check-out arrangement made a big difference for our trip. Our train from Chennai arrived at 6:30 PM, and we were at Tirumala Darshan until the next evening, so that flexibility was essential. The room was clean and comfortable, the receptionist was polite, and hot water was available all day. There was no electric kettle, but staff could fill a manual flask with hot drinking water when we asked.

The location is easy to find, right opposite the APSRTC bus stand, with good food options and a bike rental shop just a few steps away. Rooms are clean and have the needed amenities. The front desk is staffed 24/7, knows the area well, and is willing to help with requests. Overall, it's a good place. One thing to watch for: someone is using a fake contact number to ask for room reservation money. He's a fraud.

Neelima, the in-charge, was especially kind and welcoming. The place was very clean and hygienic, and the rooms are among the best for people staying in Thirumala. It felt well worth the money. Thank you to the Golden Pearl Inn team, especially Neelima. I’d definitely choose it again.

Right across from the bus stand, and the rooms were neat and tidy compared with most of the other hotels along that lane. The room itself was good too.
