I booked on Agoda and received confirmation from the hotel nearly a month ahead, but when I arrived to check in, they said there were no rooms. They weren't even apologetic, and I had to find somewhere else to stay. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I strongly advise against booking this hotel online.
Being near the bus stand is the only real advantage. The rooms are tiny, nowhere near the 240 sq. ft. OYO lists, and barely fit a double bed, with no space for an extra bed even without a cot. Amenities that OYO says are free are charged for here. It wasn't a choice I'd recommend. They also pressured guests to enter a rating in front of them. The OYO photos, including one posted below by fake reviewers, look photoshopped and don't show the real rooms.
The blankets we got were unwashed and smelled awful, and the geysers didn't work. Rooms felt cramped and suffocating, especially for the high price. The AC outdoor units sit right above the room entrances, making that area slippery.
We paid OYO for two rooms, but at check-in they wouldn't give us the second room key and demanded another 2k for a room. We had no other choice, so we paid extra for a substandard room. Avoid staying here.
OYO's service was awful. The rooms OYO assigned weren't available, and the OYO service itself had been barred. I can't give even one star. Please keep checking on your customers, and don't choose OYO.
