The rooms are decent, but food service is a complete mess. They forgot our orders more than once, brought the wrong items, and took no responsibility. The staff handling food seemed untrained and couldn't manage basic requests. There's no coordination or regard for guests' time. This service isn't acceptable, and until management takes serious action, I'd advise people to avoid eating here.

Check-in was unpleasant from the start because the staff were rude and unhelpful. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, with grime in sight and a strong bad smell. The AC didn't work either. When we called the front desk, they brushed us off and never sent anyone to fix it. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within 2 km of the railway station, and Aryas hotel is right downstairs, so food is easy to get. There was hot water, and I had a pleasant stay. I spent one day here, and the room was very clean. I'd recommend it.

I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after telling them the previous night that I would be coming, but all the reception staff were asleep. They were very rude, and there was no drinking water in the room. A terrible experience.
