The food and service were both really good, and the prices felt reasonable. There’s parking too. The property itself is very dated, though, and needs renovation. Rooms are roomy but old, and the AC takes a while to cool them since there are no fans. The pools were in bad shape and not really usable, especially the kids’ pool.

From the welcome at the entrance to the restaurant service and room service, everything felt so good. The staff were very polite, and our room was clean and neat. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, but they looked well maintained.

Even though I was late for breakfast, they brought it to my room at 10:45 am, which I really appreciated. The rooms were large and clean, the food was super duper, and the service was very, very good. The swimming pool was nicely maintained too. I had a very good experience. 😍

The bathroom fittings had a lot of limescale and seemed ready to fall off. Breakfast was a cold buffet, and even the hot drinks were cold. The rooms were good, but there isn’t another option in the city, so we had to accept what we were given. For the most expensive hotel, the quality falls short.

We picked this hotel because the city is crowded and it’s hard to find places with basic facilities. It’s peaceful here, with spacious rooms and excellent food, though it sits a little outside the main city. The temple and ashrams are some distance away, while Girivala pathai is 1 km from the hotel. The common swimming pool was well maintained when we were there, but the kids’ pool wasn’t. There’s also a play area for children. Autos cost a lot, so renting a bike is a more affordable option, and they can deliver it to the hotel for an extra charge.
