Fairmont Udaipur Palace

The rooms at Fairmont Udaipur Palace were beautiful, and the palace itself is stunning. We found the stay luxurious and relaxing, with outstanding service from the whole team. Pui Pui made check-in feel easy and warm, setting a lovely tone as soon as we arrived. Taniska Chakrabati, the Guest Relations Manager, looked after us throughout our visit. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for our comfort made us feel valued, and she went above and beyond to make things feel just right. We had a fabulous stay and would happily recommend Fairmont Udaipur Palace for a special visit to Udaipur. We can’t wait to return.

The best part of our stay at Fairmont Udaipur Palace was the staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and hospitable. I can’t remember all their names, but Susmita at the restaurant and Abhijeet near the play area stood out to me. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. The whole team made our son’s birthday week so memorable. We had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend the place, and hope to visit again soon.

Taniska Chakrabarti gave us a detailed tour of the hotel, which helped us feel at ease and appreciate what makes the property special. She’s a star. The hotel was wonderful for me and my family, with thoughtful amenities, a cozy guest room, and a warm welcome on the patio. We were greeted with smiles everywhere, from evening hi tea and Bahar restaurant to housekeeping and guest relations. Even with our 6am checkout, Karan handled everything quickly and confidently, with no hassle or waiting. The night staff on the patio were courteous and helpful too. We were well cared for and would definitely like to stay here again.

That little anniversary gift from the hotel was such a thoughtful surprise. It made the celebration feel personal, and we’ll always remember it. Taniska, our Guest Experience Manager, was attentive, warm, and easy to reach whenever we needed help. Her support made everything more comfortable. The food was delicious, with every meal well prepared, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Dining felt like an experience of its own. Our room was comfortable, and the property’s elegant, warm atmosphere made it easy to relax. From arrival onward, everything felt peaceful and carefully considered. The staff took care of the little details with kindness, and we had a truly unforgettable stay. Thank you for making our anniversary so meaningful. We look forward to visiting again.
