Ishanika, Ayush, and Priyanka at reception made our stay at Golden Tulip Udaipur feel special. They were genuinely welcoming, greeted us with big smiles, and helped make things comfortable throughout. Their kindness and professionalism really showed in the service. I'd gladly recommend the hotel for its team and the memorable hospitality.

On our last day, we had the added stress of finding out that this “4 star” hotel wouldn't take any international cards. I haven't run into such a ridiculous payment problem at any other hotel on my India trip. The stay itself was terrible. The lobby smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty at check-in, and the room seemed unfinished. The AC didn't work, and the wooden furniture looked as if it had never been cleaned and smelled like rotting wood. This isn't a 4 star hotel. Steer clear.

Isanika, Priyanka, and Ayush at reception made a great first impression. They greeted me warmly, were professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. They communicated clearly and dealt with my questions efficiently.

Ms Kulveer Kaur was especially kind and sweet, and helped make my birthday feel really special. The staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make a stay comfortable. She made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Thanks to her.

This rating is based only on the watermelon juice I ordered. It tasted like plain water, with no watermelon flavor at all. Makes me wonder how this is a 4 star property. I just stayed at Fern Residency Jaipur, where the hospitality and 5 star food service were amazing.
