The food was the biggest letdown. The ingredients and taste both need work. Staff were cooperative, though their approach didn’t feel very professional. The rooms were spacious and clean, but we missed basics like a closed wardrobe and an electric kettle. There’s a small lawn and a shallow pool that’s really only suitable for children. There’s no lift, which may be hard for people with limited mobility. The property sits in a quiet, green residential neighbourhood among hills, so it’s peaceful and scenic. It is a bit tucked away, though, and having your own vehicle is useful since public transport can be difficult.

We were a group of 15. The courtyard was huge and clean, and the washrooms were spacious. The pool was a good size, and while the rooms weren’t luxurious, they were good enough. The location was very nice, neither too close to the city nor too far. Staff were cooperative but could use more training on service. Breakfast was a little better, but lunch and dinner really weren’t good, so the food needs a lot of improvement. They should also let a responsible group of guests enjoy themselves without keeping an eye on us all the time.

Mr. Govind Singh, the owner, was very helpful and personally looked after our stay, guiding us throughout. The hotel has a lot to offer, including a pool and clubhouse, and the rooftop cafeteria was great. I mean it when I say the food was great. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious and good value. Service in both places was attentive and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, clean, stylish and roomy, and the whole hotel was exceptionally maintained. Everyone was friendly and helpful from our first impression. I was attending along with a helpful map, parking was arranged in the car park, and they helped us check in early. I was very pleased with my stay, even though it was short, and hope to come back for longer. I’d recommend it to couples and families.
